Previously serving as the Director of Operations for Miguel Herrera Luxury Lifestyle Group, Marlena played a key role in driving the team’s performance, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment and ensuring operational excellence. Her distinguished background includes serving in the Navy and receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) with a focus on Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
When not overseeing operations or supporting the team, Marlena enjoys traveling, exploring culinary experiences and spending quality time with her husband and son Anri. She gracefully balances a thriving career with her family—all aligned with the values that matter most to her.
